Concept
INTERDUBS sells via word of mouth and client satisfaction. Our pricing and terms reflect that. It is simple, fair and the same for everybody. We consider special discounts ultimately a waste of our and your time.
Our terms are based on what it does cost to run the service in the best possible quality. We are aware that most of our clients make allot of money with INTERDUBS. That's great. We don't want to get a cut from the value they have created.
General Terms
INTERDUBS clients only pay for the servce when they are entirely happy.
no initial cost
There is no initial signup cost associated with the start of the month by month service.
month by month
A service period in INTERDUBS for companies is usually a month. A client can decide at any time that they no longer need the services. No reasons needed. Although, should this case happen, we are very curious what we can learn from this.
billable end of the month
INTERDUBS sends out invoices in the end of the month of the services rendered in the past month.
99.999% uptime
INTERDUBS guarantees 99.999% uptime. That means that INTERDUBS shall not be unavailable for longer than 26 seconds each month. INTERDUBS will wave the cost for the entire month should it be down for longer than this time frame. No other service of its kind offers this level of uptime. The commitment of others is ten times less, and it is unclear how they behave then they fall bellow the promised 99.99% they offer.
100% happiness
If an INTERDUBS client should not be a 100% happy with the services of INTERDUBS then he does not have to pay. It would be nice to know what the problem was. But even that is optional. Did never happen yet.
Net 30
INTERDUBS is payable net 30 after receipt of the invoice.
web based account system
INTERDUBS accounting is run on a web based system: On one simple link a customer can see which invoices are open, paid etc, etc. Email with pdf emails will be sent to as many contacts as needed for any client. With the click of a button you can configure our accounting system to send you paper invoices as well.
INTERDUBS pricing plans
Monthly plan
Storage use will be evaluated on the invoice date. Clients tend to delete in the end of the month, and that is perfectly OK:
< 2GB $135
If you store less than 2GB a month you will pay $135 a month for INTERDUBS.
< 10GB $195
If you store less than 10GB a month you will pay $195 a month for INTERDUBS.
< 50GB $285
If you store less than 50GB a month you will pay $285 a month for INTERDUBS. Each GB over 50 costs $3.
Daily plan
The daily plan is best suited for companies that do not add material frequently to INTERDUBS.
Each day that material gets added to INTERDUBS will is $15.
Customization and setup is not included in this plan.
Usually the setup charge of $200 covers a customized design around the color theme and logo of your company.
There is a monthly minimum charge of 2 days per months, regardless if there have been updates or not.
International pricing
All international prices are based on US prices. The currently valid exchange rate of the invoice date will be applied.
Methods of payment
US and Canada
INTERDUBS can be paid via check or credit card in the US. Have a look below for accepted credit cards.
Europe
INTERDUBS can be paid via credit card or bank deposit in Europe. As an European client you find the details for the bank transactions on your INTERDUBS invoice.
Outside of US / Canada / Europe
INTERDUBS clients in other territories pay via credit card.
Accepted credit cards
INTERDUBS accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa for credit card payments.
additional services
All you need to use INTERDUBS is included in the monthly / daily plans. There is no charge for bandwidth, support or updates of the software. However there are things that people like where it is more fair if they get charged for separately.
Press Release Links
INTERDUBS is based on a business to business usage model. When it's links are being used in press releases then different security and bandwidth model needs to be applied. A link used in a press release costs $50 See Press releases for more details.
Customization and private features
INTERDUBS can be extensively customized. New segments start with a reasonable approximation of the look and feel to the existing customer website. Extensive customization will be charged for separately. Usually you will get an estimate about the efforts needs before the work begins. Other service areas are custom code and data migration. All these services are being charged for at an hourly rate of $175.
