Play in page allows the client to view a clip on top of the INTERDUBS navigation pages.

This works only if the following criteria are all met:

- disable download is not activated (this can be overridden by a configuration variable)

- The browser is not Internet Explorer. IE has not a decent implementation of this.

- Playback is not performed via HTML5
