If you experience performance issues then please do the following:

1) Go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and test you connections.

2) Go back to this page and test speed again.

If you get low performance to INTERDUBS but good perforamnce elsewhere then please find out how you connect
to our servers via:

traceroute www.interdubs.com

You can run this command in a OS X terminal. Under Windows the command is tracert.

Please send us the output of this command. We will get in touch with the portions of your connection that don't have the best performance and therefor slow you down.

You can find the history of your uploads in the admin interface under "upload performance". If you click on the link in the top of that page you will find out how faster other INTERDUBS clients can / could upload.
