Norman Hafezi / Director

Norman Hafezi was born in Berlin, as a son of a feature film editor and an architect. After graduating from high school he began to work at several music video companies ( Sojus film, Medios ).

His talent in creative use of computers made him soon a successful 2d artist ( Artdirector of the Uncle Sally's Magazine, Artdirector and Layouter at Massive Media and freelancer for Shift a german design magazine. Work in the field of font creation, logo design and layout ). Norman spent three years working at Cine Plus ( postproduction house ) to become an Avid Editor and to finish his degree as Mediadesigner at the OSZ KIM in Berlin.

He first edited musicvideos and commercials ( Clawfinger, Rammstein, Westbam and many more ) then he became head of the so called creative department at Cine Plus specialized in Avid editing and flame operating for mostly commercial clients, image and tv movies ( Mercedes, Audi, Berliner Zeitung, Vitra. Agencies: Dorland, Scholz and Friends etc.). During his studies he discovered his passion for Vfx supervising on sets and later on for directing music videos and managing media projects in general.

His typical visual style offers an effective way for agencies to realize a wide range of boards.
